Hi I am subhendu Saha. October 26 th 2016 we have planned for Europe trip with Thomascook. My experience was too bad about Thomascook( specially Kolkata branch- Mr. Nilanjan& Miss srijita) before we reach in paris. Once we reached in Paris we got our tour manager Mr. Mohit jaswal. I can’t explain you about this tour manager with in 3-4 sentences. This guy help us to know that what is Thomascook and he has turned my all negative thoughts into positive thoughts even I can say I was bound to change all my thoughts in positive way after I meet him. This guy is very helpful, he has excellent knowledge about everything regarding this trip, friendly behaviour & very good manner, even I can say that we never feel that we are out of home & this guy is a tour manager which is recruited by Thomas cook. Really I can say that this tour manager is one of the golden tour manager of Thomascook. So, it’s my personal request to Thomascook that Allot us this tour manager or this type of tour manager for our next tour. Once Again I am requesting to Thomascook that trained all of your tour manager like Mr. Mohit jaswal because beforethat I have never seen this type of tour manager.
