Bad Experience At The Beginning

Visited Thomas Cook, Fort, Mumbai. First of all, I was made to wait for 20 minutes even though all the agents were free and chit-chatting. Later on when I interrupted, someone attended to me, I told him that I will finalize the details in a couple of days whether to tour with SOTC or Thomas Cook for US. Earlier I have travelled with SOTC to Australia and New Zealand which was a satisfactory trip, and we discussed the deal and I asked him to revert back to me with a good offer or while I asked him for his contact number the agent replied with "sir you will get my contact number in a mail which I would be sending you in 10 minutes." I left with providing my email I had, and the contact number, hoping for a revert back. But neither did I get the mail nor did I get a call, it seems to me like Thomas Cook is not interested in handling clients.


I am very disappointed with this kind of a behavior of such a reputed company. Thomas Cook really missed a sure client which would have generated a revenue of 16 lakhs for the company. 6 agents sitting on the desk and no one bothers to attend or ask the client what he is looking for, it is the security guard who comes and attends me later on enquiring. With such a behavior at the beginning, I shudder to think what will happen if I travel with Thomas Cook. God help others!
