To The Management
Thomas Cook India
Dear Sirs
This is Ruth Pereira and we are a family of four who booked this tour thru your franchisee Travtip in Dubai. This was our fourth tour with your company.
I felt a review of the tour should reach you as I am the only Philippine national in the tour and as a non Indian, I have at first tought I will be an outsider and will be out of place completely.
I was proven wrong. My family was welcomed by Shetal the Tour Manager with warmth and respect. The tour was run smoothly and with outmost professionalism by Shetal, I am in complete amazement to find a
Tour Manager so dedicated and passionate to serve your customers.
We were disturbed by 1 old lady who even if we try to be nice to her, she keeps abusing people and said lots of bad things not only to Shetal but to the drivers despite them reaching out to her as she is disabled and cranky.
Having said that, I would like to state that I am impressed with the level of service, hotels are OK, Indian Dinners were good but all fantastic in Vegas.
I would suggest though that you inform your customers if elderly and disabled are included in your tour. This is not to complain about them, we understand them but as a younger customer we should know what challenges we will face if we join a tour as such so we can be prepared to always be at the back of the bus and que at the end of the dinner line all the time. I have 2 kids with me too who felt hungry but had to wait at least 15 mins before the elderly could finish taking food.
Anyway, Shetal made sure we are comfortable and happy all the time. She goes out of the way to help us and she even saved us by dropping our bag to us at the airport when we accidentally left it in the hotel. A very dynamic and hard working Tour Manager! She just captured our hearts.
More power to Thomas Cook and please do send me a notice if there is another tour destination which Shetal will manage so we can book it again.
