Hello my name is Rajesh b.u. I am residing in bangalore. May 28 I have been to these package tour. I was a solo traveller.
I felt that without company I may feel bore. When I reached Hong Kong Thomas Cook tour manager welcomed us in a good manner. And she took us to city tour.our tour manager was alka. Where she was an amazing very caring, Lady. All the tourist was happy about her attitude and care. When we went for the lunch she used to observe that all the tourists in the group had a sufficient and properly. If any item is short in the table she used to show it to the hotel staff to refill it.
After having first serve of all then only she used to have her food. When we went to Disney world in Hong Kong she guided in a very good way so that in a day we visited all the shows and she guided us to go to proper restaurant so that vegetarians like can have food properly. In the next day we had only 4 hours to see ocean park. Where almost all need a full day to visit. But where as alka our tour managèr has guided in too good way that we could cover all the shows and I covered all the activity in the ocean park. Thomas Cook is famous in conducting package tour. But the credit should go to dedicated staff like alka our tour manager. Who has guided us.and take care of us in a good good way. In schenz me and other 3 persons came late and we missed the bus. But our tour manager was waiting for us. Out side. And she took us in metro train and helped us In reaching the hotel. In all the aspects we all felt very happy about Thomas Cook tour manager alka .
