We booked "Europe for All" package trip through customer care and it supposed to start from 27th May. But till now no one responding about visa documents/appointment. No response when called to MG Road, Bangalore branch(Which is one of the worst branch as we can read from the reviews). We thought service will be like "Kesari" or "Nirmala Travels" who are giving wonderful service. Thomas cook service is not for those who are travelling abroad first time or for senior citizens who need some information before travelling to some other country.
Even now we don’t know who is our booking agent and to whom we can call for any information.
