Pathetic experience with Thomas Cook. Pls don’t go by brand name, customer service is horrible. I have booked Thailand package for 4N/5D .Till you pay money, call centre guys will be behind you. After you pay money, no one bothers to update what is the next step. They will give nearest branch contact number but contact person will never picks the call.
To get simple information also we need to go to branch. After visiting branch 3 times we got air tickets. No coordination between customer support and Bangalore branch. We are frustrated following up with MG road branch for air tickets& hotel bookings
