This is one of customer who has been trapped with the name of Thomas Cook. We have taken the tour for four people, given all the documents on march 20th . It is already 22nd April, there is no visa, there is no plan for the travel also. I had booked via Kamman Halli branch, Bangalore.
The in charge of that place is really irresponsible as per me. He never informed any detail until I called M G Road, branch to find the detail. Even on asking any query I never got any response untill I call them 5 times. Their behavior is also very rude, some time I feel, how they are employee of Thomas Cook.
Now they are asking to change the travel date at the end moment as travel may not be possible on 26th April. This is the kind of service Thomas Cook is providing.Just be very careful with these guys. Save yourself to be trapped by their name.
