We have booked a trip to Dubai. Payment done in one go. Calls/mails never returned. We are supposed to leave in 1 and a half days. We haven’t received any vouchers/visa which were earlier promised to be delivered 3 days prior the trip. Have been calling them number of times; put on hold for a long time/ still assuring it will be delivered! When!? If not what, just a day left now. Highly disappointing; last ray of hope remains.
. Visa arrived at last minute of our flight departure . There was a mistake in visa and no time to apply for even emergency visa. I am staying back home, writing this review. So disappointing.
Two days passed. Emergency visa hasn’t arrived yet. Husband in Dubai, me in India, 5th wedding anniversary special. All thanks to TC!
