Worst (non existent) customer service. Avoid.

Thomas Cook, though provides rebate/ lower rates over normal flight booking portals, the customer service doesn’t exist at all.


1.You call them, you would be on IVRS listening to their music for 20 mins or so. Call would be dropped thereafter.


2.Mail takes 8-10 hours to respond.


3.In reply they would ask 48  hours to respond. Response NEVER comes.


Its a total mess and hell, if you booked a ticket and want to cancel/ modify.


Its better to pay 500 bucks more to MMT/Goibibo than taking this non sense headache.
