I have very bad experience. I transferred RS11, 115 to thomascook to postponed the ticket for 5 days. They are saying did’t get the amount whereas I have mailed him the snapshot and also confirmed from the bank.Amount has already been transferred.
After 1 week I postponed it myself and it took only Rs 5K. They are not giving my Rs 11, 115. I am planning to go legally.I have attached the snapshot of the same.
