We have a departure date tomorrow booked through Thomas cook for a cordelia cruise . We still.havent recieved any travel vouchers from them against which we will be getting boarding passess for tomorrow’s travel .Inspite of endless calls.on their toll.free number , apart from getting a standard reaponse that we will recieve them soon , its less than 24 hours and we having nothing in hand to confirm tomorrow’s travel . Extremely poor customer service. Not at all recommended for any travels .
