I booked a initial trip to Thailand a day before Ganesh Chaturthi and on the very same day I asked them to cancel the trip as I had heard of very bad reviews of this Agency and How they treat their customer. Well I was their next victim.
Cancellation amount was non-refundable. I said ok but asked them to utilise the amount against my flight tickets for our travel to Bangalore in the month of March 2016. After a long follow up and most of their staff saying yes we will book your flight tickets for that initial amount you paid us, now they said sorry we cannot book your flights as that amount stands as a cancellation amount. NEVER EVER BOOK YOUR TRAVEL THROUGH Thomas Cook. They are crooks. looking for short term gains and eating away hard earned money of people.
They could have not book anything out of that Rs 20000 but still wish to keep that amount as cancellation amount. CHEAP TACTICS by a CROOK COMPANY
