Well I had miserable experience with Thomas cook. We made 100% payment on Dec 21st 2016 for travel on Jan 23rd 2016, the lady Aisha(travel coordinator) messed up everything. Firstly at the time of payment our Hotel was never confirmed, Aisha asked us to pay & she would help us with the hotel.
After payment on following up through email as mobile number was never shared & landline always kept ringing we were told to wait till Jan 5th. We were pleading for vouchers but none of our calls were answered. On requesting several times another hotel option was given to us now if we are travelling in group of 6 people would like to stay together too. However the hotels were kept separate of 2. Now we were told it would be difficult to make last minute changes I had to actually fight them who created last minute problems we were fighting for vouchers from day one. Finally vouchers were given & hotel was same for all.
Now when we reached in port blair & bus stopped at the Hotel, it was a different one this time which was not rated high on trip advisor. We had a nightmare fighting with Thomas cook staff & now would request all my friends not to travel with THOMAS COOK. They are CHEATERS.
