Worst customer service I have seen in my life.
I booked for Eastern Europe Tour, but in spite of my repeated requests/complaints to all the Levels, not received the Booking Summary though I had already deposited 2 installments.
From last one month daily they are making false promises that it will be sent today but nothing is done till date.
How is their customer service by concerned Agent/Officer, you can judge by dialing their given contact nos. every time no response from there given Nos.
Thomas Cook is well known name in the world, but such type of customer services is spoiling the name of Thomas Cook.
