I booked a Tour for Singapore through Thomas Cook. There were lots of difficulties that I faced. The list is below:
There is no proper pickup from the airport.
After calling tour operator, operation head, the driver scolds the customers for being late.
No helping hand of the driver.
(The worst is yet to come)
The hotel promised was a 3 star hotel, but I was made to check in to a dormitory or even worst than that. It was cultural hotel in Singapore.
No pickup the next day too.
The places promised to be visited was of short while.
Food service coupons were all edited to the worst restaurants in Singapore.
Lastly, the cabs were all broken and drivers extra rude.
AVOID THOMAS COOK AT ANY COST!
