I called a certain Himanshu from Thomas Cook M.G Road Bangalore to find out about a Singaporean tourist visa. And I found him to be so arrogant and absolutely not willing to help.
He made it seem like he was doing me a favor in processing my visa for me. What he forgets is that its his JOB to do it and that I’M PAYING THEM A FAVOR by choosing them over the rest. And over everything he just slammed the phone down before our conversation was finished.
I have never seen such horrible service being provided before and I decided immediately that I was not going to through them. I called International travel house (Banaswadi road) for the same purpose instead. They were so forthcoming and ready to assist in every-way they could . Way to go International Travel House.
To hell with you THOMAS COOK and your ARROGANT staff. You people are not the only travel agents in the business!
