I should have written this review last year itself and realized about it while writing review about my 2016 travel - better late than never.
This is our 3rd trip with Thomas Cook starting from Moscow going to Scandinevia and finally ending in Munich of East Europe .
One of the best places in the world to travel arranged through professional group [Thomas Coo].
The trip and sight seeing were all arranged very professionally. Special mention has to be done for our tour manager ** Mr. Swapnil Gunjal** who was very caring and amicable and hospitable to all. He has taken good care of the whole team and always kept all updated. We noticed that he went out of the way many times in helping the elderly co-travelers who had difficulty walking in the trip. He carries with him very high knowledge of the area and well versed with the history of the place. The gala party arranged by him in Budapest was great fun. A very fun loving and professional tour manager we have interacted so far. Would love to travel with him again.
