I have selected Thomas Cook being an international company who understands the tourism business. But it was the worst decision I ever made. They are the more than worst. Thomas Cook India’s offering looks good over their website and until you pay their advance payment. After that, you are on their own. Few points about my Kashmir tours:-
Thomas Cook is just a commission agent for their website & phone service. After making the package payment, I came to know, they have assigned me another tour operator " Discovery India" who will look into my tour. Oh my God, how does this happened:-(
They offered me certain 3 to 4 stars Hotels with rental car service. But, their definition of Hotel’s star is defined by their own. Seriously, it was third class Hotels.
I have been told that i’ll get an AC car with good condition. But, forget AC(which never worked), car provided was equivalent to a bullock-cart(thrilling).
Services/Support:-
- Forget about this. It will be a miracle if they pick up you call or respond. And their staff is so unprofessional and a bunch of liars.
Best way, book your own Travel(Hotels+Car etc), don’t be trapped of these fraudulent companies.
