To start with...I would say what u call a dream vacation..I actually lived it. Thanks to Thomas cook team for delivering each and every service so smoothly from transportation to fooding to bookings of activities to accommodation.m
Despite of multiple locations in limited period the bookings were so well planned that it was not at all exertic.
But in all the biggest reason behind our successful trip is our tour manager Mr. Abhishek Anand.He actually made the trip more magestic. He exactly knew his job with correct balance of knowledge, professionalism, discipline, respect , cooperation and most importantly humbleness. He made all his possible efforts to provide us with all our requirements.He is actually an asset to the organisation. He made everything so synchronised that we never felt that we are actually outdoor.He gelled up so well from my 3 year old child to a 60 year old uncle. All credit to him??.
Would surely recommend THOMAS COOK and definitely lucky group to have Abhishek as their tour manager.
Hope to get the same combination in my next trip.
