We had booked for Srilanka trip last Dec. It got cancelled due to a catastrophic event in Chennai. However I was promised a reschedule. Later when I came back with the dates they demanded more money which I wasn’t ok with.
Hence I cancelled the trip and asked for a refund. Put off heart difficulty I got a refund of 45k but they are still not bothered to return the rest 45k. All their communication and dealings are so pathetic. False promises. with decades of good name looks like their stomach is full n they seem to have lost professionalism. Hell with you Thomas cook guys. You will be setting your fall soon. I will ensure my best none of my friends relatives or even acquaintances deal with you n get upset like me.
