The tour was an amazing one.! It was an excellent experience with Abhishek Anand! I would like to specially thank and appreciate the tour manager ABHISHEK ANAND. He was outstanding at his job. He had so much in-depth knowledge about each and every place! He gave us all insights about the places in a very great manner! Though the sales team of Thomas Cook was bad, the tour manager was very impressive. He was capable of turning our experience into a notable one! He alone made our overall tour experience so much better. Thomas Cook is very lucky to have got such an amazing tour manager like Abhishek Anand. I would like to tell everyone that any tour at with Abhishek Anand as the tour manager will no doubt be fun and enjoyable one. He was very calm and understanding and it was notable that he also took care of our father who is 82 years old very patiently showing how much compassionate a person he is. I really can’t stop appreciating Abhishek and how reliable and witty he was! Kudos to Abhishek and the team Thomas Cook for having such a great tour manager like Abhishek Anand. Everything was great and the food was also great. All the hotels were great especially seelos hotel in Austria was very amazingg! But the hotel planet in Italy was very very bad and Thomas Cook should change this hotel.
