I was trying to book a pakkage to phuket, Thailand. When I felt the offered stay was quite bad and not quite what they said me( they clained it was a beach side resort 3 star) in fact it was almost 2 kms away from beach its not even a 2 star . so I requested them to revert with a better stay and quote for the same, happily they have blocked me via mails n calls. loss on them. . Worst customer care.
