Suggestion: Don’t go by the brand name Thomas Cook.
This was our first trip with Thomas Cook which we opted for. The accommodation they have provided was very cheap. At the first day of Ladakh the hotel they have provided was under construction with no hot water and proper material in place. Once we objected our view about the hotel, they changed that to another hotel called The Abu Palace which had bed bugs in it with no power backup. Food was average. The guide and the driver were nice, but the vehicle we traveled which has diesel smell.
About the place Ladakh, it’s amazing place to visit with lot of natural beauty. I would recommend you must visit the place.
