We had booked Scandinavia and Russia tour with Thomas Cook India.
Unfortunately the tour got cancelled by Thomas Cook last minute while we had paid the entire tour amount Now they are not refunding us the complete amount paid by us and are not giving us any reason of doing so. We have to do lots of follow up and it’s becoming nightmare.
Please help
