Don’t buy the product of this company.. compliant resolution is very slow and this guy’s don’t even bother of timelines. no commitments towards compliant resolution.
Product Defect : Screen fades off on turning on TV.. July compliant was launched and its Oct still resolution is awaited. It took 1 months for the guys to understand the product dispite of mentioning model number multiple times.
no escalation Matrix. have only 1 email id and dead end. No management details , company not available on linked in. No face of the company..
