I have bought a 43 inch led tv on 21/5/24 after 3 months a black spot appear on screen, when I made a complaint to the company they replied me that this will not covered under warranty. I have to pay for this. They don’t even disclose
their complete address in their portal. It’s very unfortunate such service from a world wide known company, my question is that are they come to India to cheat Indian customer.
