Have bought this TV in December 2022, having 1 year warranty..October 2022 tv could not be started.. from.that day I have stated trying reaching them ..called there customer care number many times no response.. have mailed them and sent plenty reminders..they don’t reply...
Dear friend, never go for thomson items.I don’t want everyone to suffer..worst customer service..actually no service at all...be aware of them..buy genuine brand only.
