My tv is in warranty since 45 days no one is coming for service for led. It is such a trouble keeping blank tv in home. I mistaken taken this fckin product on seeing offer in flipkart later I realised what a mistake I have done.
I have registered consumer complaint against this product still the action is in progress.
Dont get trap in any thomsan product their product specially led is such a crap. Once u get problem u ll realise that moment.
Never ever buy this product at any cost it will be good but customer service will never listen to u atlast u will be not having any choice to go for e-forum like I did it is being 45 days still no one is listening
