Worst TV Poorest Service

I have purchased a Thomson 9R Series 127cm 50 inch Ultra HD 4K LED Smart Android TV from Flipkart dated 7 August 2020 with following details: FSN: TVSFUYG8Y7EEZCSD HSN/SAC: 85287217 Warranty: 1 Year Warranty on Product [IMEI/Serial No: TH50PATH10102020070190ATV ] The invoice is attached for your reference. On 23 May 2021 suddenly while watching TV some coloured lines appear on the TV screen almost near the middle of the TV Screen.(Photos attached). I have been trying to contact Thomson customer service over the phone but not able to connect, when connected they put me on hold and disconnect my phone everytime without even listening to my complaint. Therefore I wrote them and email on 23 May 2021. They sent a autogenerated email reply with COVID-19 lockdown excuses.


Its been more than one month and no solution has been provided by Thomson.
