I have bought the Thomson 43 Inch LED Android TV on 23rd June and only after use of 3 months picture tube get damaged due to this picture showing in TV is not at all visible. I have raised the complain to Thomson since 4 weeks but the my problem is floating around one after another team. On 1st Oct are communicating me to wait for 8 working days to get the TV part and it needs to be repaired instead of replacing the TV. I personally don’t trust neither on Thomson products not Thomson’s Service partner(Jeeves) services and communication. I have made big mistake by taking Thomson TV.
I insist please don’t dare to buy any Thomson product.
