I am writing to express my frustration regarding the lack of support for the repair of my LED tv and washing machine. I have not received the support I expected.
I am waiting for past 3 months, yesterday technician visited and checked tv and he said I dont know what is the issue and without saying anything he left. I need refund of both items tv and washing machine.
I am waiting washing machine part to be replaced from past three month but still it is not replaced and nothing happening. Is your part dispatching from America?
I believe that as a customer, I should receive the necessary support for repair options, especially for a product that is still under warranty.
