TNU5211023T85242 ??this complaint number . I was complaint through mail arround 24 mail forward to thomson brand. But no response and not rectify the tv issues. Still the tv was not in use buyed from march 10th 2023. I was contact brand not answer in our Executives.The thomson tv very very poor quality so anyone buy the tv not select thomson this is my umble request .worst quality in Thomson and no.1 fraud don’t by any one in Thomson products.
