I worked in this company for a month. I used to work for 11-12 hours everyday. The CEO will make the employees work like donkeys. I would have got my salary on 30th of the month and on 27th of that month the CEO came and told me that company is going in a loss and it can’t pay me my salary for 27 days that I have worked. He said that if I still want to continue without salary then I can work or else I can leave the job.
I tried to explain the management to give atleast my 27 day’s salary but nobody listened to my cries. Finally when I didn’t have any other option, I went to the police station and made a complaint. I went to Madiwala Police station. The police men were really helpful and understood my pain. To my surprise, 3 of the policemen accompanied me to the company and made a hungama there. Finally the CEO agreed to pay my salary. If I hadn’t complained then this company would never pay my salary.
There are also many other employees who are made to work till late night, sometimes till midnight. But when the company feels that they have used the employees to the fullest, they ask him/her to leave without salary.
This company also has many other police cases on it for various reasons.
