BrickRed/ TPG Software/ Three Pillar Global is a male dominated company. For girls it is very unsafe place to work. Managers here find fault in our work without any logic and force their decisions. My manager was forcing me to date with him and when I refused, he gave a very bad recommendation for my performance and I was rated B for the first time in my career in BrickRed with only 4% increment and no promotion even after twice I have been given role maturity.
The worst part is that the company has sent our increment letters from e-mail and we can not share our concern with any one. We have to accept the increment letter.
One of the client also pinched a girl employee on her private part inside the company and asked to accompany him to his hotel. The management did not do any thing even after written complaint rather blamed the girl and with-held her promotion and increment. BrickRed/ TPG Software/ Three Pillar Global is below average place to work as it is only concerned to make money.
BrickRed has lost all its charm after the leaving of senior management from Noida. No one can raise their voice against any action by the management. All employees are all worried about their jobs and we can not take up our concerns with the management. Now we do not have any one to talk to us or listen to our problems.
Very bad working culture - force us to work more than 12 hours every day.
