Canceled my booking and they never refunded my money.
Spent an hour on phone call they make false promises. First they told me they have initialed refund but could not respond me because they were having internet problem - how ridiculous they are running an online business without proper internet connection.
The lady Named Ankita I spoke with will give you sweet talk, promise to callback with status etc and excuses. They never respond to support tickets. Even their phone number is switched off. Please avoid this site for your travel booking. I’m failing case against this scam site.
