Visited Art in Paradise museum, Bangkok via thrillophilia.
I tried to get the same day of my booking where all other tour operators were not allowing to book. After completion of booking ( after payment)only thrillophilia confirmed that confirmation requires min 24 to 48 hours!!! They gave two contact numbers for addressing any issues...As expected both numbers didn’t respond even after multiple attempts... finally after 2 hours of trials and waiting someone else from the company called and informed same day booking is difficult...and they gave booking for the 3rd day...
If such is the case they should allow same day booking...when asked about this their response is even worse...would never recommend them...totally unprofessional approach...
