I had a very disappointing experience with this travel agency. Although the company has positive reviews and high ratings, I now suspect some of these might be manipulated. My experience was frustrating from the start. We had to constantly call and email them for assistance, and their initial responses were misleading. They assured us that everything would be fine without checking with their team to confirm whether it was even feasible.
One of our friends was in Canada, and after repeatedly asking if there would be any issues with her Singapore visa, they confirmed that it would be possible. However, after we made the payment, communication completely stopped, and they failed to help with the visa process, which was ultimately denied. Fortunately, we had proof of their earlier assurances, but it was incredibly stressful.
The representative we dealt with, Salone, was particularly unresponsive and unprofessional. We were promised email updates, but these never came, and we ended up having to sort everything out ourselves. If we had to do everything on our own, we saw little point in paying for their services.
Additionally, the trip was not as expected. Despite paying for travel charges, we were picked up and dropped off at inconvenient times because they were handling multiple groups. The whole experience caused unnecessary stress, and it wasn’t worth the money.
I would advise caution when booking with this agency, especially if you’re dealing with their sales representative, Salone. In my opinion, this was an incredibly frustrating experience and I wouldn’t recommend them to others.
