Worst Experience ever I can get from a trip organizer.
Let’s start from Day 1: We picked the Bus at RK Ashram, Delhi as per detailed mentioned on the Whats-app message. No coordination or call was made to make sure we have reached or any kind of follow up. There were no tour operator or concerned person to whom we can reach out.
Moving on to journey, we reached kasol and over there the same thing no one was there to help us out where to stay and get off from the Bus. Called up a girl(Sonam) who has booked our trip, she told us that there is a person name(Sanjeev) who gonna organize all the things for us. When we called him he was in Manali on some other track.
Somehow we reached the Camp Sit(Kasol Sanjh Camp) literally that site is almost near to Manikaran and hard to commute to kasol market, it feels like abandoned place where no one comes.
We moved from there and took our own camps for the night in Kasol(Kasol Camps) and that’s a nice place to hang out and enjoy.
Day 2: We again coordinated Sanjeev for the Kheerganaga trekking and again he wasn’t available to us.
So he arranged a village 19yr old guy(Not a professional guide) a kid who knows how to climb doesn’t know how to handle the other person to make the track in difficult situations. It was snowing on trek day and we were constantly asking him to arrange track shoes but he wasn’t aware of where to get that and because of that 1 of our friend almost slipped on track and about to lose the life but somehow managed.(Tip: If you don’t have trek shoes and have to face snow trek, wear socks on shoes).
Finally, we reached on top of kheerganga and over there they got the worse camps out there for our stay and the toilet was super dirty that humans can’t use. And in the morning they served us a 1 Maggi and Tea(Coffee additional charges were there)
Day: 3 We tracked back down to the kasol on our own and the guide was like moving on his own and finding ways to get down. Other guides help us in a difficult situation to get down.
To sum up, the whole trip was a mess and good example of poor management and taking out 5500rs/person for a 2 Way bus ride and couple of Maggi and tea. I think maximum of the reviews are fake on their website and I would like to take this issue on other social media platforms. Please take your decision wisely before opting for any of the packages from "Thrillophilia".
