I booked a vacation to Sikkim with this firm, and it was a disaster. They are not at all professional. They make a commitment and then fail to deliver after receiving paid. Shubam Diksha Dhruv and Aman were the ones in charge of coordination, and after payment, they did nothing. Hotels change, items described in emails change, and all you have to do on your trip is keep phoning and coordinating with their irresponsible staff. They ruined my entire trip and anniversary, so don’t pay and become a victim of them.
