I had booked a trip with Thrillophillia to Meghalaya and kaziranga for 7 days. Thrillophillia and the local operator HTH turned it into an extremely bad experience. A particular ‘Anirudh Vishnoi’ spoke to me very sweetly and reassuringly till I made the payment and then stopped taking calls. Thrillophillia people don’t even receive calls after the payment is made. I had to make multiple calls to receive hotel booking vouchers which despite the calls, I got on the last day. The Thrillophillia point of contact ‘Satyabhasini’ dosen’t take calls or respond to any problem during the trip. The hotels booked were horrible and dirty and pathetic. The itinerary was so badly planned that the travel was greatly increased. The only solace was our driver Mr Hirenya who’s contact I shall provide here(+91 84028 7XXXX) who was excellent and patient and made the trip a decent one. I would personally recommend booking your own hotels and planning your itinerary with a good drivers help instead of booking with an agency. Kindly never book Thrillophillia. You don’t need to take my word for it. The multitude of horrible, similar reviews on the internet will tell you the same.
