At the time of setting up the connection...sir super speed six Sigma no down time....and many other wow things.
Now when customer suffering from 3 days writing emails that net is not working..and a suffering customer calls and says u guys havent replied and incase u have to do like this I am not interested....I get a reply u have spoken loud to us and we are disconnecting Ur connection.
I mean seriously am I using Ur internet on charity....or u want customer who after paying as well beg u each day for a proper internet connection.
