I went through the promotional literature of Thyrocare and impressed by their self claimed credentials not only registered an account persuaded my son to use their services . We tried to use their services for my grand son and asked the local Meerut collection agency to send some one to collect the samples.
He flatly refused and told us they had no home service in Meerut later after we had lodged a strong complaint at the head office were they claimed they have home service in Meerut the local collector agreed to come and sent an SMS to that effect.
He has neither turned up at the appointed time nor sent us any information about his visit and the appointment he had made with us.
We are not interested in Thyrocare services anymore and I urge others contemplating on using them to just use any local service available round the corner all over the country.
