Booking ID - C17EA booked on 11/10/15, got a confirmation for sample collection for 18/10/15(8:30 AM). Reconfirmed with the collection agent Sanjay Singh(896231_9) on 17/10/15 and my parents went on fasting. Today on 18/10/15 9:00 AM Sanjay Singh refused to turn up, citing the reason that he is quite far from our home and will be able to collect the sample today also mentioned that he doesnt work on Sundays(this after confirming the collection for today a day before).
Called customer care they apologized and said no one else is available to collect samples and Sanjay Singh is not traceable. Your complaint hotline is not responding and a request for call back based on my personal experience takes more than 48 hrs. I have seen more responsive govt. hospitals than thyrocare. Sick and tired of trying to get a reasonable response from your organization.
