Sunday night(April 12) I booked tests with Thyrocare. I PAID over Rs 1, 000 with my SBI credit card in advance. Monday(April 13) a call came informing me that someone would come to my home this morning(Tuesday, April 14) to collect the specimen. I refrained from eating anything after 9pm last night, as some of the tests require fasting. 14 hours later, at 11:30 am, NOBODY has showed up to make the collection and NOBODY has bothered calling.
I called Thyrocare and the insincere, apathetic bimbo who took the call said someone will come tomorrow(Wednesday, April 15). I let her have it because she was unprofessional, uncaring and unreliable, and informed her that I am hypoglycemic and prone to seizures as a result. She could care less.
After telling me someone will come Wednesday, she calls back a few minutes later and says the tests will not be done at all. Apparently because she can’t handle being held accountable for her f*k all, chalta hai attitude and incompetence.
I demanded that the payment be refunded to my SBI card immediately. As of now, Thyrocare has failed to do that as well.
This is nothing less than pure, unadulterated ch*giri of the highest order, plain and simple.
Thyrocare should be shut down completely, as they are less than mediocre in every aspect. They get 1 star only because 0 star is not an option.
