While searching for bus tickets last Pongal, I got this Website through a friend. They have most of the routes in Tamilnadu. Booking was a hazzle free experience. It was really cool to be able to book bus tickets from the desk without having to call up the agents or go to their offices for bus tickets.
The site in itself is very intuitive. It can do with an image make over though.I had an apprehension on how the Bus operators will accept a printout for the ticket, but they seem to be well informed. Travel was smooth.
The nex time I booked the ticket, the site did not readily have the tickets I needed. I left my request and my mobile number on the site. A Customer service rep promptly called me and allocated the tickets I requested. I could then book as any other normal ticket. The customer service was good.
They have a lot of leading operators like Parveen and Rathimeena, but I did not find KPN, which is by far the biggest operator in Tamilnadu.Over all, I think this is a cool solution for booking bustickets for any one travelling in Tamilnadu. They have very few routes to other states though.
