USELESS ,WORST SERVICE-.I'LL NEVER BOOK AGAIN

I’ve tried to book a ticket thru ticketvala on 20th nov 2009 from chennai to hyderabad.I gave all my credit card details and 1620rs got debited from my account.


Then I got a msg saying COULDNOT BUK UR TICKET NOW...no pnr or ticet id got generated.I just tried to call the customer service numbers for 3 days.NO ONE PICKED UP...Its always ringing or saying user busy....on the 4th day finally a guy picked up the phone , took my complaint but refused to give any request ID.


I asked him how could I track the request.he told that I need not track it as I will get the amount refunded nextday.I waited for 3 days but nothing got credited back.then again I called up for nearly 2 days finally when another guy picked up and spoke as if he doesn’t know anything, took the request again , told the same thing...but till date amount didnot get credited back...


Conclusion: Its common to have technical issues with any website interfacing with a bank , i understand that being a sftwr engg....but this website support service is one of the worst i’ve ever seen....I’LL NEVER BOOK AGAIN A TICKET WITH TICKETVALA
