I have many of r.k.narayan’s books but felt that this book has dealt with a different topic.moreover I never expected such a story inside this book.i would suggest all of u read this wonderful book.
This book is a magnificient novel about a tiger possesed of a soul of an enlightened human & gives the complete description of his life.the tiger’s character’s name in the novel is raja.raja leaves his home in the mempi hills only to find he is captured & made to perform in a circus and on a film set.The novel takes a twist when the tiger is reformed by his master’s philosophical discourse.
