I will be frank I stay in Mumbai with my family a husband and one son who is pursuing engineering so he constantly needs internet for his study purpose we had MTNL as we believed in government services.
And facilities but day after day my son use to complain about the disconnection and we could not do online transaction in the fear of losing internet connection in the middle of transaction and losing money because of faulty internet and going through long process of recovering money.
But after some time we were really pissed with MTNL and decided to change it at last my son was really happy and he said this was our best decision.
So we went through many providers list and Tikona was better in all of them at lest on paper so we decided to go for it.
Service was quick within a week our connection was up and running we haven’t much disconnection and when ever service or internet is down their customer care is quick to respond and give us a good reason for it. So now we do most of our transactions online.
They have good billing service fix for every month so we don’t have to wait for bills we can just drop the cheque in any ICICI bank with tikona name on it with same amount every month which is advantage.
