It is better to have no internet than tikona internet. Out of 24 hours it works only for 6-7 hours and that too after calling tikona customer care. It is like a daily or even hourly routine to call customer care and ask them to please enable my internet, I am back at home now. Even after calling them, they tell me that internet will work after 2 hours. If I am working on something very important, it is guaranteed 100% surety that it will disconnect at least once.
The speed which they promise is never achieved except when a representative comes at home to check internet connectivity and speed, it is always connected and speed is like more than my plan. They have a scheduler running at their data center whose job is to disconnect internet if it has been running for more than 4 hours. How can they give someone a flawless connectivity. It is against their policy. I am not able to work at home so I prefer being at office due to my internet connection.
All these issues are genuine at my home and I have been facing all this for past three months just because I don’t have any other option in my society. People in my society are using dongle because paying more for a dongle is better than tikona broadband. If you are in Pune, never go for it. I seriously want their owner and stakeholders to read this review and take action for this. I stay in Hadapsar area and everyone using tikona agrees with my opinion.
