I had take Tikona Network in Bangalore in 2015 and due to personal reason I am shifting my residence permanently to a place where tikona service is not available. hence I had raised a service ticket(# 1-4535947390) on 19th Jan17 and as per the Customer service executive confirmation, TAT is 7 working days.
Till now I have received more than 4 calls from customer service team for convincing me to retain connection or transfer to someone. for which I have made it clear to them that I am not interest and go for both the option and requested them to disconnect the service.
till now, they havent disconnected the service and more over they have generated the monthly bill for the month of Feb17.
I had Airtel, BSNL and other service providers internet service and I had never experienced these kind of service from anyone.
I am really unable to know how I will make them understand that I am shifting permanently and I am not disconnecting the service because I am not happy with the connection.
hence my suggestion to all is dont take the tikona connection and look for alternative. Even BSNL is fine.
They will harass you at the time of disconnection
